At our practice, we believe that ongoing routine exams, detached from any medical need, are key in keeping patients healthy and functional for as long as possible. Using this model of care allow us to address health risks and better manage illnesses.

Our ongoing routine exams services are supported all year long with 24/7 ongoing direct communication support. This means that patients will be able to schedule as many appointments as necessary to be proactive with their health. This practice model allows us to deeply connect with our patients by taking all the time we need to address all concerns that our patients may have and create a personalized care plan for each one of them. We provide unmatched preventive, diagnostic and treatment care that includes routine comprehensive health screenings and wellness planning. Health insurance plans do not cover this level of care.

As ongoing support for our routine physical exams, we provide services such as: personalized medical weight management with diet and activity recommendations; routine EKGs; chronic disease management (ongoing care for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease); in-home medical care, subject to the medical professional's discretion; pre-travel health consultations with vaccination recommendations, and medical support (through phone consultations and/or emails) while abroad; referrals to specialized lab tests, imaging, and genetic screenings; GI supportive care - Dr. Pettersen offers endoscopy services for Colon Cancer screening and digestive problems, etc.

Our membership fee is simple and transparent. We provide services outside what traditional insurance covers. When you sign-up you only pay a membership fee. All testing and procedures performed in our office are included in membership fee. This means, our patients will have No co-pays, no incidental charges, no confusing medical bills whenever they use our services.  Since we do not charge enrollment fees, your first three months are a non-refundable fee. Cancellation of your membership is easy. You may cancel at any time. After your first 3 months of membership, you will receive a prorated refund on your date of cancellation.

Our services are designed to be 100% outside of any plan coverage. However, patients will be able to use their health insurance to cover prescriptions, hospitalizations, lab and radiology test, as well as care from other doctors.

Patients’ fees are designed to be eligible for employer/tax-advantaged funding such as HSA/FSA/HRA/MSA (check with your tax expert and/or plan coordinator for details). Make your health a priority and invest in a superior healthcare journey: it is worth it!
